1976
CRS was established as a project. CRS was institutionalized as a not-for-profit company in 1983.
1978
Launched Dhaal, Nepal's iconic condom brand, and introduced Gulaf oral contraceptive pills (renamed Sunaulo Gulaf in 1998).
1983
Introduced Nilocon oral contraceptive pills, later relaunched as Nilocon White in 1997.
1986
Launched Panther as a premium condom brand.
1994
Launched Sangini, Nepal's first branded injectable contraceptive, expanding women's access to family planning.
1997
Introduced Orange-Flavored ORS to help prevent and treat dehydration caused by diarrhoea.
2008
Revitalised Dhaal Deluxe and Panther, and introduced Jadelle, the two-rod contraceptive implant.
2009
Added Econ, an emergency contraceptive pill to the healthcare product portfolio.
2013
Launched D'zire, CRS's first commercial dotted condom brand.
2021
Established CRS Healthcare as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal CRS Company.
2024
Expanded the portfolio with Novasure pregnancy test kits and Water God drinking water disinfectant.
2025
Introduced Panther Ultra-Thin, D'zire Longlast, Ovasure ovulation test kits, and Dimple, a three-month injectable contraceptive.
