Representing CRS Healthcare, Mr. Ramesh Malla participated in the Brand Blueprint Training in Pokhara, where participants explored how a strong brand is built through shared understanding, consistent execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reflecting on the experience, Mr. Malla noted that the training shifted participants from viewing branding as a visual identity to embracing it as an element of institutional intelligence—one that requires every department to work together to protect and strengthen the organization's reputation.

The program also encouraged open dialogue between front-line teams and brand strategy, helping identify opportunities to improve consistency, eliminate silos, and establish a common language for brand execution.

As a designated Brand Champion, Mr. Malla will now support peer learning within CRS Healthcare, helping integrate the Brand Playbook into everyday practices and reinforcing a culture where the organization's brand continues to evolve with purpose, consistency, and excellence.
